The conditions of this sale are as follows:

This puppy is guaranteed to be free of disease at time of transfer to new owner. It is the

new owner’s responsibility to have said puppy examined by a licensed veterinarian within 3

days of pick up. If this puppy is found to be ill by a licensed veterinarian, it may be

returned for an exchange (puppy of same breed, sex, and value) if one is available. If an

exchange puppy is not available, the buyer has the option of a puppy of equal value from the

next available litter, or a full refund, not including shipping cost. This is contingent

upon return of the ill puppy within 24 hours (1 week if out of state) of veterinarian’s

examination. Accompanying the puppy/dog must be a written statement explaining exactly what

the illness is and that it could only have been acquired while in the care of the breeder.

Breeder is not responsible for any charges or expenses, including but not limited to,

veterinarian fees, travel, food, misc. expenses, etc.

2 year genetic guarantee: If puppy is completely disabled or looses its life due to a

congenital disorder, an exchange puppy of equal value will be offered out of the next

available litter. A full report from a licensed veterinary, stating what the problem is and

that it could only be congenital, must accompany the pup when being returned. If said pup

has lost its life, a death certificate and complete autopsy report which must clearly state

that death could only have been caused by a congenital problem, are required. All expenses

incurred, including veterinary fees, medications, travel or shipping of both returned puppy

as well as replacement puppy, are the responsibility of new owner. Breeder is not

responsible for any fees incurred in determination and, or exchange.

Promise by the purchaser is that this puppy’s exercise will be restricted from excessive

runs on concrete prior to age 15 months to ensure healthy bone development.

There are no other guarantees or promises either written or implied.

This puppy size, color, is not guaranteed. Also please note that no puppy/dog is 100%

non-shedding.

The buyer’s signature indicates that he/she has reviewed and discussed this contract with

the breeder prior to receiving said puppy and is in full agreement and approval of the above

terms and conditions.
